He is part of a multi-generational family business spanning textiles and green technology, including advanced battery manufacturing, with operations across the United States and key markets in Asia. Having grown up between Hong Kong and Los Angeles, he brings a cross-cultural perspective and a strong understanding of international business, negotiations, and capital deployment.

Through his involvement in scaling a nationally distributed fashion brand, he has developed experience in operations, strategic partnerships, and capital efficiency, shaping a disciplined approach to underwriting and executing real estate opportunities.

At Forward One Real Estate, he is building a long-term real estate platform through strategic partnerships and scalable investments, working alongside clients and investors to identify and execute opportunities with strong underlying fundamentals and long-term upside.
