Josh joined Keller Williams 11 years ago and was hired to launch a number of new offices by Paul Morris, the CEO and founder of Forward Management. Opening both the Cerritos and La Mirada locations, Josh was consistently recognized for his leadership and management skills. Having built both offices from the ground up to great success, Josh was brought on as CEO for one of the largest Keller Williams offices in the country – KW Beverly Hills. Josh now personally oversees and manages close to 1000 agents and 20 staff members in 4 Keller Williams offices – culminating in a powerful network of global reach and authentic partnerships. Since Josh took over, Keller Williams Beverly Hills has consistently been the #1 office in California in both profitability and productivity.

Josh is also the Co-Founder of Forward One Real Estate, a modern boutique team created alongside Paul Morris. Forward One brings together an elite group of agents with a shared vision: to deliver the highest level of service, innovation, and expertise to the buyers and sellers they represent. With Josh’s leadership, business acumen, and commitment to collaboration, Forward One has quickly established itself as a brand where innovation fuels results—serving as both a client-focused team and a hub of growth for agents seeking to elevate their business.

Having graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Pomona College with a focus in Mathematical Economics, Josh was always on a path of betterment. While in college he served as captain and quarterback for the Sagehens football team, developing his leadership skills. After graduating from Pomona, he became an investment banker with Patricof and Co. in New York City, helping to manage mergers and acquisitions. Josh later followed his passion for fitness, serving as an executive with Equinox Fitness Clubs where he honed his leadership acumen.

Today, a proud father and devoted husband to wife Lola, Josh’s primary source of strength and drive is his family. Having a solid structure and crystal-clear mentality, Josh gets it done. As Josh tells his son Max, aka the Dude, every day before leaving for work, “Disciplined and consistent… unstoppable together.”
