Mark Wittcoff brings over 40 years of experience in investment real estate management, serving as a principal, asset manager, broker, and property manager across nearly every property type. As an accomplished leader in syndicated commercial property portfolios nationwide, his expertise in investor reporting, partner distributions, asset management, and property performance has guided countless informed and profitable decisions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mark was nominated by President Biden to serve as U.S. Special Representative to the Council for Ukraine Reconstruction and is the recipient of the World Children’s Transplant Fund’s Heart of Gold Award. He is also the founder of the Wittcoff Foundation, which supports initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, reflecting his lifelong commitment to ethical leadership, service, and global impact.
Mark established KW Commercial Landmark, a commercial property investment and brokerage firm affiliated with Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Investor Relations for Standard Management Company, a prominent real estate syndication firm founded by his mentor, Sam Freshman. Earlier in his career, Mark held the role of Senior Portfolio Manager at Black Equities Group and began his professional journey with Tishman International Companies. He holds both the Certified Fund Manager (CFM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations, earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and received the Public Leadership Credential from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
