Paul has decades of real estate sales and investing experience. For the last decade, he has been recognized as one of the most influential people in residential real estate and in 2023 was named USA Today’s top entrepreneur.

As CEO of Forward Living, Paul owns 10 Keller Williams locations with more than 2,000 realtors and $9B in annual closed volume. He is also author of a NY Times Bestseller Wealth Can’t Wait sharing his decades-long journey of building wealth through real estate. He is the host of Entrepreneur Media’s Radical Wealth Plan Podcast and F1RE Cast –bringing together the most successful real estate investors and interviewing the best realtors in the US to discuss best practices, industry trends, and the technology that sets the elite apart from the pack.

Together with Josh Spitzen, Paul launched the Forward One Real Estate team bringing together an elite group of agents providing the highest-level service and bringing to bear his significant industry impact to those Buyers and Sellers the team chooses to work with.

Paul is a consistent real estate investor having amassed a portfolio of more than 600 rental units, short-term rentals, and a small portfolio of retail commercial.

Paul graduated magna cum laude in economics from the University of Pittsburgh; received his master’s in management from Oxford, and a JD from Cornell Law — leading to a successful legal career with highlights which included his work at a major New York law firm and as senior counsel at the US Department of Justice where he regularly reported to Attorney General Reno.
