William Miura brings nearly two decades of experience in California real estate, specializing in residential, multi-family, and commercial transactions across Los Angeles and Orange County. Licensed since 2005, he has represented hundreds of clients, built a strong portfolio of rental properties, and founded Assurance Properties, a brokerage and property management company he continues to lead.

His background includes multifamily acquisitions with the Bascom Group and Marcus & Millichap, followed by public finance consulting with DPFG, where he worked on major projects such as the $200+ million bond financing of Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle. Prior to real estate, William was a foreign exchange market maker with Deutsche Bank AG in Tokyo, London, Frankfurt, and Sydney. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Business Strategy from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.

Outside of real estate, William is passionate about martial arts. He serves as Branch Chief of Team Kudo OC Anaheim, Co-Director of the USA Kudo Federation, and is a former competitive karate champion. Above all, he is a proud father to his son, Skyler, who is currently attending college.
